If you’re not completely satisfied with your UNRULY garment, contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return for a full refund of the garment price.

How to return

Email unruly@piggyprint.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll provide a returns reference (RMA) and the correct returns address.

Please send your return within 14 days of contacting us. Include your order number or returns reference, package the garment securely and retain proof of postage.

Garment condition

For our change-of-mind guarantee, garments should be returned in a clean, resaleable condition, unwashed and unworn apart from trying them on. Please keep labels attached where possible.

You’re welcome to try your garment on as you would in a shop. If handling goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it and reduces its value, a deduction may apply where legally permitted.

Return postage for a change of mind is your responsibility.

Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method. We’ll process your refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your return or evidence that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier.

Where you cancel your whole order under your statutory cancellation rights, we’ll also refund the original standard delivery charge. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded delivery service is excluded.

Something wrong with your order?

If your garment is faulty, damaged or incorrect, email us so we can put things right. We’ll cover reasonable return postage where required. The change-of-mind condition requirements do not restrict your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Your legal rights

Our guarantee is additional to your statutory rights. These include the right to cancel most online clothing purchases without giving a reason, by notifying us within 14 days after delivery and returning the goods within a further 14 days.

The RMA reference helps us track your return. Your statutory cancellation rights do not depend on obtaining our authorisation or using a particular form.
